The Giovanni da Verrazzano Restaurant can seat 80 people inside and has a further 50 places available on the terrace overlooking the magnificent main square in Greve in Chianti.

The cuisine is profoundly linked to this land of ours, as is the choice of wines : these range from the countless varieties of Chianti Classico to locally produced wines kept in barriques, from the Brunello di Montalcino to the Nobile di Montepulciano.

The white wines too are a product of the Chianti area, but we have also selected several Vernaccie di San Gimignano. We use exclusively extra virgin olive oil produced in this area.

A typical example of one of our menus::

  • Tuscan hors d’oeuvres with wild pig salame and ham accompanied by chicken liver pâté on toast
  • Ribollita
  • Pappardelle with wild boar sauce
  • Stracotto with Chianti Classico
  • Duck "porchetta" style
